Kristin Welch is an artist who works in a variety of media. Her work is about play; we make the rules. Through play and exploration there is a space that opens up in each of us. Playing with objects, collaging and juxtaposing patterns and shapes is a meditative process. The flow state when making, playing, or viewing objects achieved is a catalyst for creativity and can be transformative. Kristin Welch was born in Cleveland and currently lives and works in Los Angeles.
